Here are some examples of how I have helped people to achieve their individual goals and how they regard my services:
Case 1 - Police Service Entry
This is the story of Miss G, who needed to improve her overall fitness and strengh in order to meet the entry requirements of the Police Service. Over a three-month period, she undertook a programme of exercise that I designed for her specific needs. At the end of the period, not only did she feel fitter and stronger than before but she passed the entry requirements for the Police Service and is now pursuing her new career. This is what she has to say about my services:

Case 2 - Pregnancy Massage
Mrs J booked me to provide massage in the run up to and following the birth of her new child.

Case 3 - Weight Loss
Mr W retained me to help him lose weight. As a result of the carefully structured programme of exercise and advice on nutrition, he lost over 2 stone in 6 months.

Case 4 - Back Pain
Mr L came to me with damage to his lower back. Together, we managed to stabilise the condition so that he is now relatively pain free.
