Per hour £50 + parking
  (includes free consultation)

Personal Training - Pairs/Group Training
2 people £80 per hour + parking
3 people £90 per hour + parking
4 people £100 per hour + parking

Sports/Remedial Massage
Per hour £60 + parking

On Site Massage (Seated)
1 hour £60 + parking 
2 hours £110 + parking 
3 hours £150 + parking 

Personal Safety - Individual
Per hour £50 + parking

Personal Safety - Pairs/Group Training
2 people £80 per hour + parking
3 people £90 per hour + parking
4 people £100 per hour + parking
