As a fully qualified Personal Trainer I have helped many people achieve their various fitness goals - from fat loss to simply increasing overall fitness levels.
With my knowledge, I will help you attain your fitness objectives. Having worked as a fitness professional with clients from all walks of life, including older people returning from illness or injury, I understand the importance of treating everyone as an individual. I will tailor a programme for you to give you the results you want.
